The IREB Requirements Engineering Foundation course is an instructor-led, hands-on certification training course. The course content is based on the international IREB syllabus for the Certificate “Chartered Professional in Requirements Engineering – Foundation Level”. Participants will gain a solid understanding and practical knowledge of the basic concepts and techniques of requirements engineering, as well as learn the fundamental principles and best practices that apply equally to all domains, such as embedded systems, safety-critical systems, or classical information systems. A strong emphasis is placed on the application and practice of widely used techniques in requirements development, documentation, and testing. This course lays the foundation for the knowledge required for other, more advanced training, such as the CPRE advanced level “Requirements Elicitation and Consolidation” and “Requirements Modelling”.
